Heathfield School seeks a Deputy Head (Pastoral and Boarding) September 2023 or January 2024 start . The Deputy Head (Pastoral and Boarding) is one of the most senior positions in the school, alongside the Deputy Head (Academic).   As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Headmistress, the successful candidate will be responsible for the welfare, safety and happiness of all pupils in the Heathfield community.  They will be responsible for the strategic oversight and smooth operation of the pastoral care team, including a commitment to individual pupil achievement throughout the school.
