The role has responsibility for the overall strategic direction, leadership and management of the Swimming programme across the whole school.
We are looking for an exceptional coach and leader with experience of developing swimmers and significant experience in leading a performance programme and inspiring excellence in others.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate for swimming whilst being an engaging, committed, driven and influential coach.
