Mount St Mary's College Seeks a Director of Sport (and Head of Rugby).  The role of Director of Sport at the Mount is a special job. A small school with a big history, this role requires a leader who enjoys succeeding in the face of challenge. It requires a David to take on the sporting Goliaths. It is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to drive forward the school’s sporting programme as it seeks to become a sector leading institution

The Director of Sport will be expected to lead the Mount in creating a programme in which there is not only a strong culture of team games, also a physically active school community where the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle are understood, modelled and acted upon.

The successful candidate will be an ardent and convincing ambassador for the Mount, able to articulate the school’s dreams for its pupils and represent it with integrity to the wider community.
