RMS is a leading independent girls’ day/boarding School with around 1000 day and boarding pupils aged 2 to 18, over 310 teaching and support staff and situated on a 300 acre parkland site near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire. We are looking to appoint an outstanding Graduate Assistant (Sport) to work alongside the Sports Department. Reporting to the Director of Sport, the main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of Preparatory School lessons and activities with the aim to stretch, challenge and support all students. We are looking for someone who has the ability to inspire young people to love sport and contribute to the continued success of the department. 

Pupils at RMS enjoy a range of sports and activities within their timetabled PE lessons and extracurricular programme delivered in our outstanding facilities. We encourage an ‘Activity for all’ ethos ensuring there is an activity which each pupil can enjoy and access. Some pupils will compete at the highest level at national competitions, however, all pupils are encouraged to be part of a sporting team and this role will assist in supporting that aim.
