Director of Sport

Sutton High School seeks a Director of Sport. The school requires an efficient, engaging, motivated and passionate leader to develop and drive forward provision for sport across the 3-18 age range in our busy and thriving school.

The successful candidate will have experience of academic PE, which is offered up to A Level, with an excellent record of pupil results, and will feel ready to lead an exceptional department in a school where pupils are motivated, well-behaved and keen to learn.

Co-curricular sport at Sutton High School is both inclusive and wide-ranging, with over 30 clubs per week (though there is no Saturday sport here). The department is the largest in the school, and also incorporates Dance. An Elite Sportswoman/Scholars programme develops our top performers, and results for cricket, tennis, hockey and swimming are excellent. Sport is well-resourced and has superb uptake across the age range.
