Arcadia School Dubai seeks a Director of Sport. The successful candidate will have a passion for sport and physical education, having competed at a significant level in one or more focus areas and have a proven track record in the development of multiple sports within previous roles. The Director of Sport will be responsible for the growth and development of a team of 12 coaching and teaching staff and should be comfortable in managing a significant portfolio of assignments alongside their reduced teaching load.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the independent school sporting philosophy and should have experience of this role previously at either whole school, divisional or individual sport leadership levels. The role will require time and dedication and the ability to inspire other department members to give the same. Arcadia has built a reputation of sporting excellence and commitment in the region and the new Director of Sport will be leading this further forward.
