Job Description

St Benedict's School seeks to appoint a dynamic, self-motivated, highly organized and experienced coach to work within the school's successful Netball Programme and busy and thriving Games Department.

It is essential that the applicant have the necessary qualifications and ability to coach Netball. The successful applicant will join the games staff and assist in running the sessions and teams in both the Senior and Junior Schools during the Michaelmas and Lent terms. The person will also assist with either Athletics, Cricket, or Tennis in the Trinity term.

The primary role and responsibility is to coach Netball in the Senior and Junior Schools. The Sports Coach will attend afternoon games sessions throughout the week and Saturday morning matches with some after school coaching sessions.

A Level 1 England Netball Coaching Qualification is essential along with previous experience working with students or working with a sports club/school/team.

Current hours of work during term time:
10-14 hours per week (Including Saturday each week).
The contract will be for two or three terms as appropriate.
