King's College are currently seeking for an experienced and enthusiastic basketball coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball, a passion for teaching, and the ability to help inspire the next generation of basketball players.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to different skill levels, from beginner to advanced
• Provide individual and group coaching sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning
• Prepare athletes for local, regional, and national competitions
• Liaise with the director of sport and physical wellbeing regarding facilities for fixtures and training
• Ensure a safe training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated coach with suitable basketball coaching qualifications, have experience of coaching youth basketball players (9-18) and have experience of working within a school environment.
