Caterham School is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Netball Academy Manager to lead the continued growth of the Netball Academy at Caterham and to drive its expansion across the wider Caterham Family of Schools.
This role combines strategic leadership of the Academy with hands-on coaching and support for the School’s PE and Games programme. The successful candidate will be a high-level netball player and/or coach, passionate about developing talent, inspiring participation, and delivering a first-class netball experience for all ages and abilities. Reporting to the Assistant Commercial Manager (Sport), the postholder will oversee the structure, marketing, bookings, and operational delivery of the Netball Academy and holiday programmes, while working to ambitious growth targets.
