Scarborough College seeks a Director of Sport. The Director of Sport provides strategic leadership for sport and the Games programme at Scarborough College. This role combines vision, organisation and hands-on involvement to ensure that sport is a vibrant and central part of College life. The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Head (Academic) and senior colleagues, the Director of Sport oversees the planning and delivery of the school’s sporting programme, including fixtures, training schedules and major events for both day pupils and boarders. The role ensures that sporting provision runs smoothly across the year, with appropriate staffing, facilities, transport and resources in place for all fixtures.
