Eastbourne College, in partnership with the RFU seeks to appoint an inspirational and energetic, Schools Rugby Manager (SRM) / Post-graduate Sports Coach (rugby) from July 2026. This is a full-time role, fixed term for 3 years but may be extended depending on RFU funding. England Rugby has set a bold target to bring rugby union into an additional 5,000 state primary and secondary schools by 2027, led by a network of 100 School Rugby Managers.
