Denstone College seeks a Hockey Performance Coach. The post holder will be expected to coach pupils from ages 4 to 18, delivering sessions that both nurture beginners and challenge the top performing athletes to reach county and regional levels. This role requires a coach with technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young people in a residential school community. Successful candidates should be confident, reliable, hard-working and have good interpersonal skills as well as showing a willingness to be involved in all areas of school life.  The right candidate will provide advanced technical, tactical and physical development for players on Performance Pathways and analyse performance and give effective, constructive feedback to individuals and squads.
