Professional UEFA ‘A’ Licensed Coach, FA Advanced Youth Award (U12-U16), BA Hons. Football Studies Graduate, with experience in football industry from five professional football clubs, both in England and Egypt. Experience gained from football in the community, soccer schools and football academy departments. I have a strong desire to succeed within the sport and education industry and apply knowledge and experiences into a future role.
Work Experience
Professional Development Phase Coach with responsibility to:
§ Coach players in the PDP (U18-U21).
§ Ensure continual development of individual players and of the coaching programme and syllabus.
§ Scout PDP players at loan clubs and produce reports.
§ Liaise with the AMT in the registration and de-registration of players.
§ Monitor and report on individual player development through the PMA and club WhatsApp groups and meetings.
§ Ensure all player reviews are kept up to date and communicated effectively through meetings and PMA.
§ Contribute to the Academy recruitment department when required and available.
