Arcadia School Dubai seeks a Director of Sport. The successful candidate will have a passion for sport and physical education, having competed at a significant level in one or more focus areas and have a proven track record in the development of multiple sports within previous roles. The Director of Sport will be responsible for the growth and development of a team of 12 coaching and teaching staff and should be comfortable in managing a significant portfolio of assignments alongside their reduced teaching load. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the independent school sporting philosophy and should have experience of this role previously at either whole school, divisional or individual sport leadership levels.
