We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Rugby Development Officer to join our P.E./Games Department. This role is central to the development of rugby across the school, supporting participation and performance for pupils aged 2–18, while strengthening pathways with local primary schools, clubs, and the Isle of Man rugby academy. The successful candidate will be a committed and professional rugby practitioner who brings energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for developing young players.
