Oundle School seeks Graduate Resident Sports Coaches to start in September 2026 for the academic year 2026- 2027, Oundle School Sport is seeking to appoint a number of passionate and driven Residential Assistant Sports Coaches to support with the delivery of the extensive and high quality weekly sport and PE Programme on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.
This role is open to both graduate or undergraduate placement applicants alike, who will be specialists in coaching either netball, hockey, rugby and cricket, or in the field of strength and conditioning.
The school feel that this exciting opportunity would suit a recent graduate considering a career in sports coaching or sports development, or for an undergraduate seeking a suitable work placement. There will be opportunities to develop experience of teaching should this be of interest to applicants, in addition to the School providing the successful candidate with free on-site accommodation.

Hours of work: Monday – Saturday, as an expectation 40 Hours a week with some evening and Sunday work.
Working week: Term time only (33 weeks per annum), plus induction and inset days with some potential sport pre season training.
