King's College School, Wimbledon are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and visionary leader as Director of Sport and Physical Wellbeing from September 2026 or January 2027.This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next phase of sport and physical wellbeing at King’s as the school moves to full co-education from 2029. The postholder will lead the strategic vision for co-educational sport across the junior and senior schools, playing a central role in defining our future direction, and ensuring that sport and physical activity are a vibrant and inspiring part of school life for both girls and boys.
The successful candidate will lead a large, talented and committed team of teachers and coaches, fostering the highest standards of learning and achievement for every pupil. They will champion professional growth, ensuring colleagues benefit from a stimulating, supportive and ambitious environment. King’s College School is an independent day school for boys aged 7-18 and girls aged 16-18.
