·        Plan and deliver training twice weekly to a semi-professional squad of 40 to ensure they are best prepared each week for their Regional 1 Midlands fixtures.

·        Lead game day preparation.

·        Responsible for developing all aspects of backline attack and defence, whilst taking overall responsibility for team attack, conditioning, and skill development.

·        Work with each player to identify and develop an individual development programme.

·        2023/24- 3rd place finish in Regional 1 Midlands (8th when I joined.)

·        Average 31.5 points scored per game.

·        Awarded the Players Tankard (biggest influence of a non-player on the 1XV).

·        Managed a team of 6 staff responsible for the delivery of games coaching to 300+ pupils aged 4-11, including rugby, football and cricket. Stepped up as Acting Director of Sport for a three-month period.
