An accomplished professional with extensive experience and finely honed abilities in sport, education, and management, I possess a breadth of experience, knowledge and talents that will allow me to contribute toward the success of sports programmes.

 As a successful sport- and businessperson, it’s been my privilege to have developed and implemented strategies where sports and physical activity have been central to the development of student-athletes.

 Throughout my career, I have relied on supporting people and teams to achieve organisational objectives. Furthermore, my immersive and passionate nature, and commitment to people development, position me to make a significant contribution to institutions that I am engaged with.

 The following demonstrate my qualification:

• Helped establish the Balderstone Sports Institute and managed many initiatives that have resulted in organisational growth. BSI is a high-performance sports institute that focuses on whole-person development.
• A leader who thinks strategically and manage implementation, as evidenced in many of my previous roles.
• My experience, as a critical thinker with problem-solving ability who works collaboratively with colleagues, has been an important skill in the provision of the multi-faceted requirements of high-performance sport and education provision.
• In addition to my significant sport and education management experience, I have played and coached sports to a high level and standard.

 My proven dedication to organisational success through my expert knowledge of sport and education, and people development will contribute immensely to the success of school sport programmes.
