Coaching seven Youth Internationals (1x u17s World cup 2023), one current senior International and five senior ex-internationals.  Player & Club Development : I have authored and delivered Individual Development Plans for players, which outline a 3-month strategy for player development, prioritising progression and understanding their own current status. Additionally, I have formulated a 5-Year Club Technical Policy Plan that’s aimed at player progression. This methodology has yielded outstanding results, with several players achieving success in national and international competitions, including playing for their own country. Additionally, my extensive network of contacts throughout Europe and Asia has enabled me to collaborate and learn from other professionals in player development and recruitment. Project Management : I have over 15-years’ experience in Project Management with extensive experience of working within Blue Chip organisations with large complex multiple work streams and Programme management teams ranging from circa £80 Million to £13 Billion. This includes an excellent understanding of the Project life-cycle, Programme and Project Risk & Issues, Planning, Management Information Reporting and Training Needs Analysis. I’m a driven and extremely experienced ‘UEFA A LICENCE’ football coach. I was a professional footballer for 20 years and played nearly 500 matches, winning 4 promotions in that time. I’ve worked with and under some of the best coaches and managers in England.  I would like now to pass on my years of knowledge and experience to others including the younger generation. I’m used to being successful but also know it’s hard work that brings that. I set high standards of myself and demand that from those I work with also. 

I am an RFU L2 qualified Sports Coach with a passion for all sports, but mostly within Rugby Union.  From the age of 5, I played Rugby for a local team, progressing to Refereeing and Coaching. I volunteered at my local club, Vale of Lune RUFC, for four years, where I coached kids aged under nines to under thirteens.  I would love to explore a job in Rugby Union after my studies are complete, ideally as an Assistant Coach or TMO referee. I have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the game, due largely to having a rare medical condition which has given me the gift of a photographic memory! I work particularly well in recalling facts, figures, and rules in Sports especially when I have watched a game. I can remember minute details.

Hi My name is Nick Attenborough, I am an experienced, professional sports coach, I am currently a full time Sports Coach at Kingston Grammar School where I specialise in Cricket and Football, I work specifically within the high performance cricket program, undertaking 1 to 1 cricket sessions as well as leading teams in the summer, I have played a big part on the girls side of the school. . Away from this role I enjoy head coaching (part time) at cricket and football clubs. Prior to working at KGS, I was the PE coordinator at Ashley Primary School in Walton-on-Thames. in my first full year at the school, I managed to win 5 major competitions, including the Athletics district sports competition, alongside guiding the Year 6 boys football team to the ESFA National finals up in Leicester. Overall we came 4th place out of 5,000 schools. I would love a role that encompasses both football and cricket, I look forward to anybody who would like to learn more.

I am Anthony Bonney Awotwi a Ghanaian and hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching from the University of Education Winneba Ghana in the department of Health, Physical Education,  Recreation and Sports . I specialize in soccer. But I can also teach and coach handball and badminton. However, I have done professional courses with British Council Partner Schools. I am looking for a school where I can join and lead where appropriate a thriving department and bring my extensive knowledge and experience to the role to be the inspiration and motivation in developing a rich varied programme of PE and school sport. My excellent organisational skills and ability to develop and foster good working relationships with staff and students would enable me to lead others and be an integral part of the wider school community. I have been planning and delivering PE from Nursery to Y6 at a range of schools in Brighton, London and Malaysia and I would be able to bring new and innovative ideas to further develop the curriculum and department. I have developed new teaching plans, assessment opportunities, progress trackers, inclusive clubs and many displays and newsletters to celebrate and inspire students' performance.  Planning the extra curricular clubs and competition schedule has always been part of my job and I relish the opportunity to work with colleagues in other schools to provide a range of opportunities for the students. At Nexus I had the opportunity to work in a larger department where I was able   to take the lead and also work independently to build the primary department. This was an excellent   experience for me and has allowed me the opportunity to learn from colleagues as well as  lead training and new initiatives within the department and across the school.  While in Brighton I was the lead teacher for Primary PE across the city and organised and led   both sport specific and PE curriculum development training for new and experienced teachers. Trainee teachers from the university were often sent on placement to observe and discuss the   way in which I had written and delivered the PE curriculum and also how my school used PE to impact other areas of the children’s learning.
